In this version, we added more templates for 3-D render view. You may pick up your favorite display for your paper (or presentation). Please click the following image to see a larger view.
We also fixed a few bugs.
We also offer an online class, usually in the beginning of each month, to train you how to use xjview. The cost is $100 (or $50 for students). Please let us know by email (cuixiaofei@gmail.com) if you are interested.
Comments
Hope one day xjview can support rat fmri and single slice fmri.
A rat fmri xjView is difficult for us at this moment because none of us is working on rat. However, if you can process your data using SPM, I would imagine you can display it with xjview, the anatomical label might be useless though.
Dear all,
We recently published a rat brain template for MRI analysis.
It works very well with XJView.
You can found it here : https://www.nitrc.org/projects/sigma_template
See here our last publications using our rat template:

New xjview doesn’t has minimum colorbar… right?
Eileen, xjView does support minimum color bar. Please see the lower-right part in the section view. You can input max and min value for the color bar.
